Working with Project Panel

The Project Panel is used to import, view, and add information for every clip, and resource in the project.

Import a clip

From the File Menu Go to the File menu and select Import / Right click anywhere in the empty space of the panel. Select Import from the menu. An Import file dialog box comes up. Select the required file and select Open.

Bins

Complex projects containing large number of clips are organized using Bins. You can arrange clips or items inside bins just as you arrange files in a folder. To create a new bin, click the Options Menu button at the top right corner of the Project panel and select New Bin and name it.

Finding Clips

While working on a project, the number of clips keep increasing and keeping a track of these files becomes difficult over time. However, the clips can be found faster and efficiently in the Project Panel.
